1: respect everyone
2: again no insulting
3: no favorism, this means if you approve someone with a bijuu, and you deny someone else for the same reason you lose all your power and youll have to earn teh respect to get back and you will NEVER be admin
4: follow same rules as mmembers
5: if you abuse your power or any of the above you will be banned and lose all your

2: no insulting ANYONE... unless we admin say so... like for hackers and stuff >.>
3: when you get mangekyou you have to make your own mangekyou powers, so no susanoo or amatersu you can make them in custom jutsu
4: if a mod or admin asks you to change something on your app you MUST do it unless its overuled by another mod or admin

Character Rules:
1: only three rinnegan users and they will be picked by me
2: no one can approve themselves, dont be afraid to tell if the app is oped ^^ you wont get banned and if you do you can email me and I shall ban the one who did it
3: you can make characters from other mangas/animes but make them fit into the naruto world
