3: when you get mangekyou you have to make your own mangekyou powers, so no susanoo or amatersu you can make them in custom jutsu

Name: Hasakuro
Powers: they control, are immune to, and can make, lava, lighting, and fire, they can also make earth and control it. They use their eyes for this they are known to be great in ninjutsu.
Jutsu: none
History: They were a very peaceful clan, unfortuneatly they stopped learning how to defend themselves and their kekkei genkai only effected a few people that have experienced pain, they were wiped out by a bunch of bandits and they refused to defend themselves, mostly because it was against their laws to fight.
