3: no favorism, this means if you approve someone with a bijuu, and you deny someone else for the same reason you lose all your power and youll have to earn teh respect to get back and you will NEVER be admin

3: when you get mangekyou you have to make your own mangekyou powers, so no susanoo or amatersu you can make them in custom jutsu
4: if a mod or admin asks you to change something on your app you MUST do it unless its overuled by another mod or admin...
